Privacy

A straightforward account of the data we use.

Website inquiries

When you send the contact form, we receive the information you provide, including your name, work email, company, role, and description of the workflow. We use it to respond to the inquiry and evaluate a potential business relationship. Please do not include confidential project details in the form.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use, such as pages viewed, campaign source, and completed contact forms. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, form responses, or recipient identifiers to Google Analytics. You can change this choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer.

Outreach links

Emails sent through our outreach system may use a Keystone Labs link that records a link request before taking you to our site. We use it to understand whether an email and its call to action are useful. We do not collect IP address, browser user agent, or referrer for this purpose. Email-security scanners can make these requests, so they are not treated as proof that a person read an email or as a trigger for automated follow-up.

Link-request data remains associated with an outreach send for up to 90 days, after which the association is removed and the link continues to work without further measurement. You can unsubscribe from outreach at any time using the link in the email.

Sharing and choices

We use service providers needed to operate the website, receive inquiries, send email, maintain business records, and—only when you allow it—measure aggregate analytics. We do not sell personal information. To ask about or update information associated with an inquiry or outreach email, contact hello@keystonelabshq.com.
